Information you choose to share
The enquiry form collects your name, Indian mobile number, optional email and preferred branch. These details are stored securely in our Cloudflare database so authorized clinic staff can respond and manage your enquiry. We also retain the submission time, a random reference, source and landing page paths, and available campaign tags. Advertising click and cookie identifiers are retained only when advertising measurement is allowed. Do not enter symptoms or medical records. You can choose to open WhatsApp after the enquiry is saved; its prefilled message contains the enquiry reference, not your name, phone or email. Your browser stores a temporary confirmation reference and campaign context for this browsing session. Temporary hashed network signals help limit automated submissions.
External services
Booking provider links, WhatsApp, social channels and Google Maps operate under their own privacy policies. The Koramangala and Marathahalli maps are embedded on the homepage and Locations page. Visiting an external service may share your IP address and browser information with that service.
Analytics and cookies
We use first-party aggregate counts for article views and links-page visits and clicks. Campaign parameters are reduced to a short list of source categories. To limit repeat and automated traffic, the server uses temporary, action-specific hashed network signals that expire within 24 hours; raw IP addresses and browser details are not stored in our analytics database. These first-party counts do not use analytics cookies or cross-site identifiers. Form content and medical details are never included in analytics events.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
With your permission, the Meta Pixel (ID 1729011448206891) measures public page visits to help us understand Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive your visited page URL, IP address, browser information and advertising cookie identifiers. We do not send enquiry form fields, contact details or medical records to Meta, and we disable automatic event detection. With permission, we also measure form starts, successfully saved enquiries (Lead), and WhatsApp handoffs. No contact details or enquiry references are sent in these events. A WhatsApp handoff does not confirm that a message was sent or that an appointment was booked. Tracking is excluded from our appointment page and private administration pages. Pages containing query parameters other than standard advertising campaign tags are also excluded. You can allow or decline optional advertising measurement and change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Declining does not affect access to the website or booking links.
